AAV-shRNA Selection Kits

The AAV-shRNA Selection Kit is designed for efficient selection of shRNAs. Each kit includes 4 shRNA, 1 control shRNA, and a transgene-mCherry fusion reporter plasmid, providing a comprehensive toolset for efficient gene knockdown and real-time monitoring of transduction and expression. All the plasmid are carried two AAV ITRs, after selection, the constructs can directly used to package AAV vectors.
