pAAVdual Plasmids

The AAVdual System was developed based on our novel mini-pHelper plasmid. In this system, the AAV genome carrying the transgene is cloned into the mini-pHelper-1.0, resulting in pAAVdual-GOIs. AAV vectors are then generated by co-transfecting pAAVdual plasmids with a standard AAV helper (pRCap) plasmid. This system provides high flexibility and enhances AAV packaging efficiency in vector production.
