AAVnerGene is excited to present at ESGCT2024 and deliver an oral presentation

Thank you all for coming by our booth at ESGCT2024 last week. We had a wonderful time connecting with experts and friends from around the world. Many were interested in several of our breakthrough technologies:

🔹 One-plasmid AAV production system, AAVone, which can produce 3e15 gc/L of crude AAV, dramatically reducing AAV manufacturing costs.

🔹 ATHENA, our AAV capsid engineering and screening platform powered by AI, has led to the development of AAV capsids targeting the brain, lung, kidney, T cells, and more. Among these, AAVBBB increases delivery efficiency by 500-fold, and AAVlung by more than 900-fold.

🔹 We also noted the recent $1B partnership announcement between Dyno and Roche during ESGCT. We are confident our work matches or even exceeds these industry advances.

Last week at ESGCT 2024 in Rome, our CTO, Dr. Qizhao Wang, presented our innovations in AAV engineering for CNS disease treatment. Using our ATHENA platform, we developed an AAV capsid with crossing-BBB ability increased by 139-fold compared to AAV9 in NHP models. Leveraging our AI model and machine learning from in-house data, we further enhanced crossing-BBB efficiency to 500-fold, which we now call AAVBBB.

With growing data, our AI model is demonstrating its strength in AAV capsid engineering, leading to other capsids such as AAVlung, AAVretina, AAVkidney, and AAVTcell.

We also presented two posters at ESGCT2024 : one on our AAVlung research and the other on the one-plasmid AAVone system. We look forward to pushing the boundaries of gene therapy with our collaborators. Go AAVnerGene!
