mini-pHelper is design to  provide Ad functions (E2A, E4orf6 and VA RNA) in AAVnerGene’s novel AAVtri System.  In the mini-pHelper, intron 1 and intron 2 in the E2A-L region, as well as the intron of E4orf6, were eliminated, resulting a plasmid with  8.4 kb in size. The mini-pHelper plasmid has shown significant improvements in AAV titer, ranging from 100% to 250% across various serotypes, comparing with original pHelper plasmid.
