ENone™ has demonstrated robust performance across a broad range of AAV serotypes, HEK293-derived producer cell lines, culture media, and transfection reagents. When added after transfection, it enhances AAV vector production by promoting efficient vector genome replication and capsid assembly while maintaining high vector quality and full capsid packaging efficiency.

Protocol
