HEK293one cell line
HEK293one® is a high-performance suspension HEK293 cell line developed by AAVnerGene specifically for recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) production. The cell line was selected and optimized using the AAVone® production platform to provide robust cell growth, efficient transfection, and high AAV vector productivity. HEK293one® is adapted to serum-free suspension culture and is suitable for scalable AAV manufacturing from shake flasks to bioreactors. When combined with AAVone2.1®, CelliMax™ Medium, PEIone™, and ENone™, HEK293one® provides an integrated platform for high-yield and reproducible AAV production.

PEIone™ Transfection Reagent
PEIone™ is a high-performance polyethylenimine (PEI)-based transfection reagent optimized specifically for recombinant AAV production. It delivers efficient plasmid transfection with excellent reproducibility across suspension and adherent HEK293-derived producer cell lines. Designed to support both small-scale research and large-scale manufacturing, PEIone™ provides robust transfection efficiency while maintaining high cell viability, making it an ideal choice for high-yield AAV production.

ENone™ AAV Enhancer is a proprietary, ready-to-use cell culture supplement that significantly improves recombinant AAV production. Added immediately before or shortly after transfection, ENone™ enhances the cellular environment to promote efficient vector production while maintaining excellent vector quality.
ENone™ has demonstrated consistent performance across multiple AAV serotypes, producer cell lines, culture media, and transfection reagents, making it an easy and effective solution for improving AAV manufacturing.

CelliMax™ Suspension Culture Medium is a high-performance, chemically defined (CD) basal medium developed by AAVnerGene for high-density suspension culture of HEK293 cells and efficient viral vector production.
CelliMax™ supports robust cell growth, high viability, and consistent transfection performance across different HEK293 cell types. The medium is particularly optimized for AAV production and delivers its best performance when combined with the HEK293one® cell line, AAVone® production system, PEIone™ transfection reagent, and ENone™ production enhancer.
