Description
pAAVone-CMV-EGFP Series are plasmids used to produce AAV-CMV-EGFP with different AAV serotypes using AAVnerGene’s novel AAVone production system. They integrates all the AAV production necessary components, including Ad helper genes (E2A, E4orf6 and VA RNA), AAV helper genes (Rep and Cap), and a single strand AAV-CMV-EGFP genome. To produce AAV-CMV-EGFP with a certain serotype, users need select the pAAVone plasmid carrying the corresponding capsid.
Premade serotypes include AAV1, AAV2, AAV2retro AAV3B, AAV5, AAV6, AAV7, AAV8, AAV9, AAV10, AAV11, AAV12, AAV13, AAVDJ, AAVrh.10, and AAVrh74. For any other AAV serotypes or variants, please contact us and we will produce them within 2 weeks.
